Orders and Customization

• All custom engraving and design requests must be confirmed in writing.
• We are not responsible for errors in engraving or spelling submitted by the customer.
• Once an order is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless prior arrangements are made.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on product type, customization, and location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise mentioned.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• Refunds are only offered for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
• To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
